Cognitive Assessments

We offer comprehensive, neuroaffirming assessments for Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), Intelligence (IQ), and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). These assessments are designed to provide a holistic understanding of how your brain works, identifying both strengths and areas where support may be needed — with the ultimate goal of helping you thrive in school, work, and daily life.

The process begins with a 2-hour initial interview, where we explore your developmental history, current challenges, goals, and the environments you move through. From there, we’ll decide on the most appropriate next steps to ensure the assessment is tailored to you.

Assessments may include standardized tools such as the WISC-V or WAIS-IV, alongside evidence-based screening questionnaires and observational insights. Each assessment is approached through a strengths-based and person-centred lens, with a focus on understanding the whole person — not just the diagnosis.

Whether you're seeking clarity for yourself or a loved one, I provide a warm, collaborative space to explore how your unique mind works, and how we can use that understanding to support confidence, access, and growth.
